Hello,

For the last 2 years, thousands of Amiga owners around the world have been
enjoying the monthly editions of The Pulse, distributed free as a
catalogue/magazine.

Well now, due to phenomenal demand from the public and a new publishing house,
The Pulse is being produced as a professional magazine in it's own right.
Available commercially for just £3.00 per issue, The Pulse Magazine promises
to be the hottest, fastest source of information for all things Amiga.

The publishing house behind this new venture is Pulse Publishing UK set up
specifically for the Amiga market.
Although under a new publisher, the editor and writers remain the same with
some new editions.
The general theme of The Pulse has always been well received so that will
remain, and the layout has had a complete overhaul which I think you'll love!

In the past a lot of people have thought of The Pulse as a "Games Magazine".
We have implemented a lot of serious support recently, which will continue to
grow with the addition of 12 new pages!
The principal idea behind The Pulse is to cover ALL the latest news, and ALL
the latest products, so if there's 10 new serious products released that
month, we will cover each and every one so you never miss out on anything.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PULSE

52 pages packed with more exclusive reveiws than any other Amiga magazine.
Special features on Amiga related topics
Tutorials on serious software and hardware
Hints, tips and solutions
Art Gallery
Letters Page
and so much more....

Within the next seven days we will be announcing our brand new web page were
you will be able to subscribe to the magazine - wish I promise you'll want to
when you see what we've got lined up!

I would like to take this opportunity to say thankyou to everyone who's
extended their support and tell you that the wait is nearly over as the new
edition although a little late is nearly here! We should perhaps explain
that the delay although not intentional is certainly going to be worth it as
we've been dedicating these past few weeks to arranging some brilliant deals
for our readers including securing exclusive review rights for the most
eagerly awaited games and utilities, and negotiating money-off vouchers from
the top Amiga companies to be incuded in every single issue of The Pulse from
now on. These vouchers more than cover the cost of your issue and can be
redeemed against Amiga software and hardware!
As an example, the issue we are working on now (issue 14) has a voucher to
receive £5.00 off the brand new Foundation Gold .

If like most Amiga users these days, you use your magazine as a guide to your
Amiga purchases, you'll be glad to know that The Pulse Magazine has a
comprehensive range of advertisers covering 12 pages, including software and
hardware. We also have a whole page dedicated to our readers classified
adverts which they can submit to the mag completely free of charge. This
month, there's some processors going cheap, 16bit soundcards and tons of
other bargain which you should really check out!
Among the respected Amiga companies advertising in The Pulse Magazine so far
are:-

Eyetech Group Ltd.
Blittersoft
Epic
Fore-matt Home Computing

"I have been reading the Pulse for a good few months now and it
has become so that if the post is late, I feel like I am missing
something. Steve and the crew have done a great job of keeping
the community going through the dark times and now that
things are improving in leaps and bounds, I am delighted to see
that the Pulse will be there keeping me informed and its
finger on the....well, on the Pulse."
