New list of PCI cards supported in Mediator

The list of PCI cards supported in the MEDIATOR busboards has been updated.
For the current list of the PCI card models and the PCI chipsets supported

The current list covers the following PCI cards:
Graphic cards:
* Voodoo5 5500
* Voodoo4 4500
* Voodoo3 3000
* Voodoo3 2000
* Voodoo Banshee
* S3 ViRGE DX
* S3 ViRGE

USB cards:
* Spider USB 2.0 High-Speed

Sound cards:
* Terratec 512i Digital and many other sound cards
  based on the ForteMedia FM801-AU sound chipset
* Sound Blaster 4.1 Digital cards based on the CT5880-DEQ sound chipset
* Sound Blaster 128 cards based on the CT5880-DDQ, CT5880-DCQ, ES1373-DAQ,
  ES1373-B, ES1373-A, ES1371, ES1370 and EV1938 sound chipsets.

Fast Ethernet 100Mbps cards:
* Cards based on the Realtek RTL8139 Fast Ethernet chipset

Ethernet 10Mbps cards:
* Cards based on the Realtek RTL8029 Ethernet chipset

TV cards:
